The Spa at Séc-he features 15 treatment rooms offering massages, facials, and body treatments. And of course, a visit to The Spa at Séc-he is complete with a soak in our hot mineral baths. Within minutes of soaking in our precious hot mineral spring waters, many guests experience a release throughout the body, diminished muscle aches, and a reduction in joint inflammation. Our mineral waters help with skin conditions such as dryness and redness.
Mineral Bath
The custom mineral baths fill with pure thermal mineral springs rich in mineral content to soothe muscles and skin, hydrate, and assist joints. This private bath is made just for you to soak in the sacred waters. Gentle bubbling jets create the sound of boiling water like the name Séc-he.
Float
Flotation uses high concentrations of Epsom salts in a tank to allow your body to float on the dense waters. With minimal stimulation of light, sounds, gravity, and temperature it allows the mind to relax and reset. Supporting creativity, reducing pain in muscle and joints as well as decreasing stress by absorbing magnesium into the skin for a calming effect.
Quartz Bed
The Gharieni Quartz bed uses ground quartz and amber heated on the massage table to create a unique user experience and enhance the service. While lying on the treatment table your body is contoured by the grains, a rolling air cushion gently stretches the back and the table tilts back and forth throughout to shift the body. The table is also used with water cells to create the sense of massage on a water bed unique to our signature cupping water massage.
Salt Cave
Halotherapy uses the power and cleansing effect of salt to help support lungs and respiratory system. Great for skin health and acne.
Cryotherapy
Feel the power and benefits of whole-body cryotherapy. It is known for supporting circulation, muscle recovery, full range of motion, increased blood and lymphatic flow, and reduced inflammation. This is a unique experience that offers many wellness benefits for all types of guests.
